All aboard! Journey to the Grand Canyon via historic railway ~ a step back in time
Listen carefully and you’ll hear history unfold as you travel one-way to the canyon on the historic railway leading from Williams, AZ to the Grand Canyon National Park *January – October is a northbound train ride to the Grand Canyon in the morning, November – December is a southbound train ride from Grand Canyon in the afternoon on the way back. This scenic journey takes you across vast open countryside with mountain vistas before arriving at Grand Canyon about noon. Time will be given for you to enjoy lunch on your own, and have time for a short walk or shopping.
Later, rejoin your guide for more spectacular Grand Canyon overlooks and a visit to the Navajo Indian Reservation were you’ll stop at the historic Cameron Trading Post. Return to Flagstaff early evening. (Departs Daily. Lunch not included. Coach ticket northbound only, upgrades available upon request.
